Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is to make you happy! If you are not fully satisfied with the fit, color or styling of your product we will happily exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Just email us, email@example.com, or call us, 718-643-1680, with your return/exchange request and we will do everything possible to get the right thing to you.
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for an online-or-store credit or exchange only, no refunds. All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags attached. All returns/exchanges must be issued a RA(Return Authorization) label, merchandise shipped back to us without an RA label will be refused.
*(Please Note: All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. Shipping & handling fees charges are non-refundable. Purchases made with a store credit are FINAL SALE. Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for return and are FINAL SALE. Return Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
